Acupuncture is well known to create balance in the body. The symptoms are a clue to where the imbalance is. Stefanie has a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine includes acupuncture, Chinese herbs and Asian bodywork called Tui Na. Stefanie has also had training in Japanese acupuncture, specifically with Kiiko Matsumoto. 

Colorpuncture is a modality developed by Dr. Peter Mandel in Germany which involves using various light frequencies on acupuncture points and elsewhere on the body. It  can be used without acupuncture, although is most effective when used together. Colorpuncture is particularly helpful when wanting to shift emotional or psychological blockages. 

Stefanie is a cerified Colorpuncture practitioner and has trained in numerous advanced  Esogetic techniques.

Stefanie has trained in Tui Na, Chi Nei Tsang, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Thai massage, Shiatsu and uses an intuitive blend when working on the body. 

Stefanie can use sound healing in your session through tuning forks or Tibetan or crystal bowls. She has experience and training in using mantras both Sanskrit (Vedic) and Tibetan and can also help you with meditation techniques. If you are interested in this please ask!

Stefanie can use guided meditation and her intuitive skills to assist in working with spiritual, emotional and physical issues. If you are interested in this please ask!

Stefanie will usually incorporate many of her modalities in a session but if there is something you are wanting to experience in particular please feel free to ask! 

Stefanie has two treatment rooms and at times has both rooms occupied for treatments unless you specify "Specialized Session".
